We knew a tankless water heater would be our answer, but were hesitant to tackle something so unfamiliar to us and many contractors we spoke with. The commercial and Rinnai site took us to Leon Clayberger. We didn't even know what questions to ask, but that was okay. Leon had all the answers, before we had to ask and gave us a very informative presentation about the quality of Rinnai products and why this should be our choice. We were sold on both the Rinnai and Mr. Clayberger just a few minutes into his presentation. Our Rinnai and other plumbing and gas needs are fully installed and working. We couldn't be more pleased and know that we will only appreciate this more over time. In our area, there is only one person to go to for a Rinnai tankless water heater. We will be calling him again for more of our needs.
